Open My Profile, then Wallet and Subscriptions. Review the balance and transaction history. A screenshot or message is not proof of payment; rely on a confirmed wallet transaction.
How do I recharge my wallet?
Request recharge from an authorized platform agency. The agent funds your purchase wallet from their agency balance with a recorded reference. The purchase wallet does not provide general transfers between users. Eligible room owners can move earnings to their own purchase wallet.
What is a recharge agency?
Agency tools appear only for authorized accounts. The agency balance is separate from the purchase wallet. Recharge records show operations. The platform administration grants agency status.
What if a transaction is delayed?
Check the transaction history and connection, then refresh. Do not repeat a financial operation without checking. If it persists, send support your username, transaction reference and time, never your password.
What is Syriatalk Coin and its rate?
The official platform currency is Syriatalk Coin (STC). The initial reference is 10,000 STC per US dollar. The live wallet rate comes from the platform owner and can change; changing this reference does not change the number of STC already stored in your balance. It is a recharge reference, not a cash redemption guarantee.
